Our dishes, prepared paving a peculiar attention are part of the gastronomic heritage of the local cooking tradition, together also with traditional Italian recipes, painstaking prepared by the owners… and in the morning, by waking up you will find a rich breakfast buffet, to start the day with all the energies you need.

Gourmet
Our menù includes strong taste dishes, such as the shepherd’s soup, strozzapreti alla pecoraia (homemade pasta with fresh vegetables and ricotta cheese), Marsican crepes, mountain polenta and many types of homemade pasta; then agnello al cotturo (lamb), baked chine of pork, arrosticini (sheep meat spits), grilled scamorza cheese, and still among dessert ice cream with saffron and ricotta cheese, fresh fruit jam crostata tart, panna cotta with fruits of the forest, and many pies filled with almonds, honey and walnuts.
